Compared to many other plant-based wax alternatives, rapeseed is the only option available that is grown entirely in Europe. It is natural, non-toxic, renewable and biodegradable. The rapeseed wax is grown in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK – making it the most environmentally friendly choice with a lower carbon footprint than many imported plant waxes such as soy, coconut and palm wax. It also does not require the destruction of the natural environment to obtain the wax.

Rapeseed flower is a bright yellow flowering member of the Brassicaceae family (mustard or cabbage family), grown primarily for its oil-rich seeds. Due to its oil-rich texture, it offers longer burn times, excellent scent retention, and fragrance dispersion.
