Roros woolen plaid Kvam

The Kvam series is based on a play of geometry, governed by the possibilities and limitations of jacquard weaves. The motif clearly relates to the horizontal and vertical direction of the weave, while the diagonal lines create rhythm and dynamics. The pattern gives associations with both Norwegian and Japanese motifs.
